Kiko Road Forest Loop
A typical New Zealand bush track takes us through some fine examples of this country’s unique ancient forest.
A half hour drive north from Turangi, this walk begins on the edge of Kaimanawa Forest, and leads us into a lesser used part of this Central Plateau Region.
You will appreciate the solitude that this walk has to offer, away from the more well known and well visited areas. Under the shelter of these giant trees, this is a walk to be enjoyed, regardless of the weather.
