New Zealand’s weather is unique and can present a challenge to all outdoor users, including walkers. There are occasions when the weather is unsuitable to undertake particular walks. Walking Places will endeavour to find a suitable replacement walk so that the clients are still able to enjoy the environment.

Mount Ruapehu — This webcam shows the Whakapapa Village, (or northern) side of Mt Ruapehu.
Mount Ngauruhoe — This webcam shows the western side of Mt Ngauruhoe and the start of the Tongariro Crossing.
